Gamcha er filtprodukter håndlaget av nepalesiske kvinner. I 2004 begynte Shanti og Nirjala å produsere filt. Siden da har det gått svært godt med de to kvinnene og de er i dag over 125 medarbeidere, mest kvinner. Målet deres er å skape flere arbeidsplasser til kvinner i Nepal, som sjeldent har samme arbeidsvilkår som menn.
